Starting on the Maravilla Montessori Path
The enrollment process starts with an in-person or virtual interview in order to:
- Become familiar with our school.
- Become acquainted with the Montessori philosophy and learning environment.
- Give an opportunity to share your child’s educational experiences and needs.
- Ask questions.
- Learn about vacancies and/or waiting lists.
During the interview, the Head of School and/or Executive Director would like the opportunity to meet with your child to determine their readiness to join the Montessori environment. We also wish to discuss the parent or guardian’s aims for the school experience so we can best set the child up for academic, emotional, and social success in the classroom.
We consider each child’s application individually and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or religion.
Upon meeting with administration, families will receive copies or digital access to the Maravilla Montessori Enrollment Packet. To comply with state regulations, and for your own child’s safety, the enrollment packet and all health and permission forms must be submitted before your child can attend school.
Families with children are welcome to schedule an interview during daytime or afternoon hours. Expect to spend approximately one hour to include a tour of the campus and the interview afterwards. Visit the Contact Page to set up a meeting.
